Greetings everyone!

Welcome to my very first official Furnace website blog entry! It’s really amazing to me how quickly everything has come together on this truly awesome project. The crew and myself have worked so hard to get it in perfect order and I know you are all going to love it! I really think it’s my best work to date. I want each and every one of you to keep checking in here as we have so many cool things in store for you. We will eventually have guest entries from everyone to crew members to actors - special behind the scenes sneak previews and maybe even a clip or two….and I want to hear from all of you. So many of you have been by my side for all of the years I was an actor, now, as a director, I want to give you all exactly what you want so keep in touch with me here and let me know what you think of Furnace.

The producers and I finished our first official cut last Friday and I am happy to report the movie kicks ass. I will have more to report on when the film is coming out as we get closer to locking the picture. I can tell you there are lots of companies looking into it - which is excellent news.

The film is creepy and scary as hell for those of you who like it that way. How could it not be with the horrific location that our amazing producer Eric found? The old Nashville State Penitentiary was one of the scariest places I have ever been to. A location known for it’s violence, haunted atmosphere and death. We shot for a month in freezing temperatures and mud-filled hallways. I’d have to say the scariest place that we spent time in was the old death row. A place as infamous for the ghosts that reside there as the many convicts that were given the chair. Though the electric chair was gone, the switch was still right there, with it’s clear markings of head, chest, torso and legs. I can see it now as if I was still there the smoldering residue of smoke marked the place where many a criminal met his fate. A place that I hated walking alone in. A place that is clearly featured in my film. He he…

Okay, that’s all for now I gotta get back to preparing for our big Fangoria Convention appearance in Burbank this June.
